All exercise class packages are valid for three (3) month from the date of purchase and operate under a fixed class schedule similar to a tuition class system. Participants are required to attend the scheduled sessions within the validity period. Any session missed will be considered forfeited and automatically deducted from the package.
All exercise class packages are strictly for individual use only. Packages are non- transferable, non-shareable, and cannot be assigned to another participant under any circumstances.
The validity period of the package will not be extended, regardless of absence, travel, illness, or other personal reasons.
Participants must inform the clinic at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Failure to provide sufficient notice or absence without notification will result in the session being considered as attended and deducted from the participant’s package.
The Geriatric Exercise Program is conducted as a group-based exercise class designed for general functional improvement, mobility, balance, and strength for older adults. As this is a group class setting, the program cannot be customized to suit individual preferences, medical conditions, or rehabilitation needs. Participants requiring individualized rehabilitation should consider private physiotherapy sessions.
Participants are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled class. Late arrivals will not receive additional time or extension of the class duration.
Hock Physiotherapy Services reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to therapist availability, facility requirements, or safety considerations. Where possible, replacement sessions will be arranged at the clinic’s discretion.
All exercise class packages are strictly non-refundable once the package has commenced.
Promotional or complimentary sessions (for example, extra sessions offered as part of a promotion) are subject to availability and scheduling by the clinic and will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis. These sessions carry no cash value and are not transferable or refundable.
Participation in exercise classes involves physical activity that may carry certain risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, fatigue, minor discomfort, or aggravation of existing conditions.
All classes are conducted under the supervision of qualified physiotherapy professionals, and reasonable precautions are taken to ensure participant safety. However, Hock Physiotherapy Services shall not be held liable for any injury, adverse reaction, or complication arising from participation in the exercise class, except in cases of proven negligence.
Participants are responsible for informing the physiotherapist or instructor of any existing medical conditions, injuries, medications, or physical limitations prior to participating in the class.
By registering for and attending the Geriatric Exercise Class at Hock Physiotherapy Services, participants acknowledge and agree that:
